This is "one dish" you definitely want to skip.

Costco's Kirkland Chocolate Chocolate Chip Muffin
The Kirkland Chocolate Chocolate Chip Muffin from Costco should be eaten only if your goal is to become Costco-sized. Each muffin mishap contains a shocking 690 calories, 38 grams of fat and 11g of saturated fat. Yikes! There is absolutely NO excuse to chew one of these things.
***For a chocolicious muffin fix, try a Deep Chocolate VitaMuffin. They come in all shapes and sizes and contain 100 calories per serving and hardly any fat! They're also packed with fiber and vitamins.
Stagg Chili Steakhouse, Straight Chili
Stagg Straight Chili is a straight-up disaster. A box of this super-thick chili will cost you a shocking 660 calories and 42 grams of fat (18 of them saturated!). Stagg explains "Straight Chili" is Texan for no-bean chili. Texas, on a possibly related note, happens to be the "least fit" state in the country. Hmmmm...
If we were gonna spend tons of calories on a piece of pie, we would save them for a freshly baked, homemade one, not waste them on a mediocre frozen version. One such mediocre pie is Sara Lee's Southern Pecan. One tiny 1/8 of a pie slice stuffs in 520 calories, 24 grams of fat and 70 carbs. And trust us, the piece is TINY.
***If you're jonesing for pie, go for pumpkin instead of pecan. Typically, that switch will save you half the fat and calories.
