Here's a new guilt-free twist on an old fave! If you loved creamsicles as a kid, you'll FLIP over these super-yummy bars from our friends at Weight Watchers. They come in Strawberry, Passion Fruit and Key Lime, and each yummy, fruity bar is filled with creamy vanilla ice cream. Mmmmmmm!
We loooooove FruitFull Juice Bars -- and not just 'cuz they come in flavors like Fuzzy Navel and Tropical Splash. It's more about the fact that they're 100% natural, and contain about 19 calories per ounce. They do come in a slew of wonderful fruity flavors -- like Strawberry, Raspberry, Pineapple, Lime , Watermelon, Guava, Passionate Cherry, Lemon and Tamarind. Yowsa! HG Heads Up! Don't confuse these with the ones that contain cream. Those taste awesome but contain more calories and fat.
Sharon's Sorbet
(1/2 cup of the fruit flavors: 70-90 calories, 0g fat, 0-11mg sodium, 19-23g carbs, 0-2g fiber, 10-22g sugars, 0-1g protein = 1.5 - 2 Points)
Whenever possible, we like to stick with frozen treats that are portion-controlled. Sharon's Sorbets, however, are definitely an exception. These all-natural gourmet sorbets are AWESOME, chilly pints of fantasticness. We REALLY prefer the lower-cal flavors -- like Mango, Lemon, Mixed Berry, Passion Fruit, and Raspberry. Each of those contains just 75 - 80 calories per 1/2 cup serving. So even if you make a huge mistake and gobble up the entire pint, you can't do too much damage. Sharon's chocolate and coconut flavors are a lot higher so be careful with those (if you ARE gonna indulge in the more decadent flavors, stick with the single-serving bars!).
Are you a fan of Diet Orange Crush, Diet Dr. Pepper and Diet A & W Root Beer? If so, you'll go nuts over over these new 15-calorie frozen treats, 'cuz they taste just like the real thing! If you're not a fan of these particular diet sodas, however, you may want to skip these pops and go for some of Popsicle's other options instead (we especially love their AWESOME Sugar Free Tropical Pop, as evidenced by our rave review below!)
15-calorie pops in flavors like Tropical Orange, Caribbean Fruit Punch and Hawaiian Pineapple...how can you beat that?! These icy treats are so refreshing and addicting, we've heard stories about people eating five or six of 'em in a row. Sound freaky? Maybe, but even if you do indulge in odd ice pop behavior like that, you'll still take in less that 100 calories.
Leave it to these masters of all things chilly and delicious, to come up with fantabulous no sugar added fruit bars. They've recently added a brand new variety pack to the line-up as well, and this pack features Black Cherry, Strawberry-Kiwi, and Mixed Berry. Each 30-calorie bar packs in real fruit and juice, and a healthy blast of vitamin C.
