Ingredients:

1 Wonder Light Hamburger Bun (or another light bun)

1 Morningstar Farms Chik Patty, Original
1 tbsp. fat-free mayonnaise

1 thick slice of tomato

1 large lettuce leaf

 

Directions:

Split hamburger bun in half and toast.  Microwave Chik Patty for one minute on each side.  Place patty on bottom half of bun and spread on your mayo.  Add tomato and lettuce, and cover with your toasty bun top!

Hey, DQ...are you KIDDING us?  Your Crispy Chicken Sandwich is an embarrassing, thoughtless display of disrespect for humans (and chickens) everywhere.  Okay, we’ll admit it…a crunchy, breaded chicken fillet topped with creamy mayo on a toasty bun is sort of tempting…but not when it packs in practically the same amount of calories and fat as a bacon double cheeseburger (yes, we said DOUBLE).   Be warned.  Waltzing into your local DQ thinking a "chicken" sandwich is a healthier choice = a very bad idea.  This fatty nightmare of a meal is no match for HG's Don't Be Chicken Sandwich.  Try one of those instead.
