If we're being honest (to quote Simon Cowell), we're not quite sure what the connection between slow churned ice cream and American Idol is. But who cares?! South Beach Diet Frozen Wraps - As far as we're concerned, there can never actually BE enough frozen wrap options. The latest chilly roll-ups to hit store freezer aisles are part of Kraft's South Beach Diet line. In Teriyaki Steak, Chicken Monterey and Herb Chicken, these wraps have between 190 and 220 calories (so low!), 6 -7g of fat and 6 -7g of fiber each. AWESOME stats. We're looking forward to tasting 'em and giving you the lowdown.

South Beach Diet Snack Bar Delights - These bars appear to be smallish, but they have just 100 calories and 4g of fat and pack in an impressive 5g of fiber. They come in Peanut Butter, Chocolate Raspberry and Chocolate Mint. We haven't tried these yet either, so chew at your own discretion.

Entenmann's Little Bites 100 Calorie Packs - Choose from four 100 Calorie Packs varieties -- Blueberry Muffins, Brownie Squares, Chocolate Chip Squares and Strawberry Squares. They taste GREAT and are basically teeny tiny versions of the real thing.  You only get 5 "bites" per pouch but they're perfect for attacking cravings (especially the brownies!)...

Keebler Right Bites - Oooooh... here's a good one. Those elves have outdone themselves this time. Their little bags of Grasshopper cookies taste EXACTLY like Thin Mints (you know, the famous Girl Scout cookies!). You get a whole SLEW (more than 10) of these babies for 100 calories! They've also got a Cinna Bites cinnamon graham version. Those are good, too.

Rice Krispies with Real Strawberries - Rice Krispies is the only cereal that talks to you. Now the chatty krispies are saying, "Eat us -- we're available with REAL STRAWBERRIES!" And this stuff only has 110 calories a cup (and is fat-free). Yay!

Del Monte's New No Sugar Added Products - DM's new No Sugar Added line consists of Splenda-sweetened fruit -- so basically it's their old Carb Clever line with a less outdated name. Sounds good to us!

Tropicana Healthy Heart with Omega-3s - It's the first nationally distributed OJ infused with Omega-3s. Woohoo!
