Two New Ways to Feel Special!
Two new low carb Kellogg's Special K products have arrived. One, a new version of the popular breakfast cereal with just 9 net carbs, is fairly low in calories and fat (100 calories and 4 grams of fat per serving). Soon you'll have no excuse for skipping workouts on travel days. In-flight exercise options are the new trend. Song Airlines (Delta's budget airline) is now offering a new fitness program. For 8 smackers, passengers get an elastic band, a squeezable ball and a how-to manual with fitness tips from trainer Dave Barton. Jet Blue is now offering on-board yoga and pilates. In theory these all sound great, but just how annoying (and smelly!) are you willing to be to the person next to you!?
CHEW ON THIS: July 25-31 is National Salad Week. Warning: Salads can be a healthy choice, but be careful what you top them with. Cheese, bacon, ham, and fatty dressings can make your salad just as unhealthy as a burger and fries!
