Sassy Salsa-fied Tortilla Dogs!

(1 Dog: 97 calories, 3.5g fat, 730mg sodium, 9g carbs, 4g fiber, 1g sugars, 10g protein = PointsPlus® value 2*)

Hot dogs, salsa and cheese?! It's part BBQ, part Mexican fiesta...Weeeee!

Ingredients:
2 Hebrew National 97% Fat Free Beef Franks
1 La Tortilla Factory Whole Wheat Low-Carb/Low-Fat Tortilla; Original (not the Large Size)
1 wedge The Laughing Cow Light Original Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. salsa

Directions:
Microwave hot dogs according to directions on package. Heat tortilla in microwave for 15 seconds, and spread cheese over tortilla. Then slice tortilla in half. Spread 1 tbsp. salsa on each half, and roll each hot dog in a cheese 'n salsa filled tortilla-half. Enjoy! Serves 2.

HG Tip! Place a toothpick in each one to keep 'em together until you're ready to eat them. Just don't forget to take the toothpicks out (ouch!).

Feel free to use other brands of hot dogs and tortillas; nutritional info will vary accordingly.

 

Flora's Fancy Cole Slaw

(1/8th recipe: 30 calories, 0g fat, 94mg sodium, 4g carbs, 2g fiber, 3g sugars, 0.5g protein = PointsPlus® value 0*)

Our friend Flora is fancy. And so is her slaw. Check out this WW fave -- from OUR favorite WW leader ever!

Ingredients:
1 (16-oz.) bag dry cole slaw mix (shredded cabbage, etc.) 
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
2 packets Splenda 
3 tbsp. fat-free mayonnaise
pepper and paprika; to taste

Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except for packaged mix) together until well blended. Pour over cole slaw and mix thoroughly. Chill in fridge for at least 2 hours. Stir before serving. Serves 8.

 

Strawberry Lemonade Fruit Slushie!

(entire Slushie: 40 calories, 0g fat, 31mg sodium, 9g carbs, 1.5g fiber, 4g sugars, 0.5g protein = PointsPlus® value 1*)

A refreshing and fruity icy treat for YOU!

Ingredients:
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup whole strawberries (with stems removed)
4 oz. water
2 oz. Torani Sugar Free Strawberry Syrup
1 cup ice cubes
2 packets Splenda

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on the highest speed for one minute. Pour and enjoy! Serves 1.
