Breyers Double Churn Free - The ice cream wars are heating up. Not to be outdone by their competitors, the folks at Breyers have taken the whole "churning" thing to the next level with their line of fat-free, double-churned ice cream. The nutritionals are super-low on these: For a half-cup serving, it’s 90 calories for the Creamy Vanilla and the French Chocolate, 110 for the Cappuccino Chocolate Chunk and 120 for the Caramel Swirl. And thanks to 3 - 4 grams of fiber per serving, the 90-calorie ones are just 1 Point per serving and the others are only 2! (Psssst... The lower-cal ones are IDEAL for use in frozen drinks and dessert recipes.)

Newman's Own Organics Soy Crisps - Just what the world needs… more soy crisps. OK, that was a little sarcastic -- but these new crunchy treats from Paul and his daughter Nell are delicious. And the Newmans are super-generous!  All post-tax profits from these (and all other Newman's Own Organics) goodies go to charity. IMPRESSIVE! Find these crisps in Lightly Salted, Cinnamon Sugar, Barbeque and White Cheddar. They have 110 - 120 calories and 2.5 - 4g fat per 1-oz. serving (2 Points a pop, if you’re counting). Miller Chill - Ooooh, just in time for summer, it's a new light beer. This is Miller's version of a Mexican Chelada, which is an ice-cold beer served with a hint of lime and a touch of salt. Each 12-oz. bottle clocks in at 110 calories (2 Points), which is a tad high compared to some other light beers, but not at all bad for an alcoholic beverage.
