It didn't take us long after discovering the wonder-sauce that is Vivi's Carnival Mustard to figure out that the stuff went amazingly well with canned/pouched tuna -- but we decided to expand our seafood horizons and take it out for a spin on some salmon. While we've always been a little skeptical about canned/pouched salmon, we had a feeling it would go really well with Vivi's sauce. We sure called that one! This orangey-pink combo is outrageously good (and pretty to look at, too)! Enjoy it solo as a 100-calorie protein-packed snack, or make sandwiches, salads and wraps with the stuff.
