If you're lucky enough to live near a Starbucks that serves warm breakfast wraps, RUN to the nearest location and get your paws on this one. IT ROCKS!!! The first time we bit into one, we almost cried tears of joy. It's served on some sort of wheaty tortilla -- but the best part is the tomato basil flavor. WOWOWOW! You will absolutely FLIP over it. Pair it with a steaming cup of coffee for a great guilt-free b-fast. FYI, this rockin' wrap has fewer calories and fat grams than SO many of the drinks you find at The Bucks. And chewing your calories is WAY more satisfying than sipping 'em.
Quiznos Chili with a Side Chopped Salad

When Quiznos went public with their nutritional info recently, we were SHOCKED (and appalled) by the stats of so many of their selections. But we were pleasantly surprised when we discovered that a cup of their chili -- which is a mix of ground beef, red kidney beans, bell peppers, celery, tomatoes, and seasonings -- contains FAR fewer calories than the Wendy's version! It gave us a GREAT idea for a fun mini meal. Order a side salad and top it off with the chili, and you'll have a delicious little chili salad. Chili makes a great salad topper -- especially considering the stats on Quiznos' salad dressings. Even their fat-free balsamic vinaigrette has 110 calories (not to mention 1,020mg sodium!). And don't even ask about their 500-calorie honey mustard. Yikes.
Taco Bell Grilled Steak Soft Taco, Fresco Style

Anything served "Fresco Style" at Taco Bell is instantly a better choice for you.
