Yoplait + Fiber One = awesomeness!!! These snack-sized containers (they're a bit smaller than the average 6-ounce ones) are jam-packed with fruity flavor and FIBER. (And no, there aren't actual pieces of Fiber One cereal in them.) This stuff is also fat-free, yet freakishly creamy (we wouldn't expect anything less from Yoplait). FIVE whopping grams of fiber in each yogurty snack? Sign us up!

The new portion-controlled WW cream cheese (from their brand-spankin'-new line of cheeses) is exciting! Each single-serving container of this super-rich reduced fat cream cheese (which is PERFECT for those of you who can't quite convert to the fat-free type) contains an impressive THREE grams of fiber!!! These cute little 1-oz. cups are TOO convenient! We recommend stashing some in the office fridge along with a few low-cal high-fiber bagels (we like Western Bagel Alternative Bagels). Go, Weight Watchers!
Fiber One Chewy Bars, Oats & Caramel

It's HEEE-EERE!!! The latest (and some say greatest!) flavor of those fantastically chewy bars from Fiber One has finally arrived. F1's bars are hands down the best in the biz, and we're welcoming this new flavor with open arms (and mouths!). They call it Oats & Caramel, but it actually tastes more like butterscotch than caramel. We don't care what its official title is (no offense) -- all we know is it absolutely ROCKS! Just like the other flavors, it's VERY decadent (like a soft, sweet candy bar!), low in the fat and calorie departments, and (no surprise) loaded with fiber! Start scouring supermarkets, 'cuz these things are rolling out as we speak, and we KNOW they'll go fast (so stock up now!).
FiberGourmet Light Pasta, Short-Cut Fettuccine

How could the FG folks possibly improve their low-calorie, fiber-packed pasta, you ask? By adding even more fiber and hacking it up a bit before bagging it. Their Classic flavor now comes in bite-sized noodle bits -- so no more embarrassing extra-long noodles hanging from your chin at mealtime. Yay! And this stuff contains a whopping TWENTY grams of fiber (previously their Whole Wheat was the only option with a full twenty grams -- the others have 18g fiber).
