Betty Crocker Fiber One Premium Muffin Mix - Yep, it’s true -- this limited edition, bake-at-home muffin mix has been spotted on shelves across America in Apple Cinnamon. Each serving of the dry mix (1 muffin's worth) contains 130 calories, 3g fat, and 5g fiber (POINTS® value 2*). Prepared according to the package directions, each muffin would have 190 calories, 9g fat, and 5g fiber (POINTS® value 4*). But we say get creative and experiment -- you could probably save lots of calories and fat grams using ingredients like canned pure pumpkin, egg whites, and Unsweetened Almond Breeze instead!

100-Calorie Packs of Kettle Bakes Potato Chips - What a find! Kettle Bakes ROCK, and now the Lightly Salted Potato Chips are available in 100-calorie bags. Each 0.8-oz. bag has 2.5g fat and 2g fiber (POINTS® value 2*). Just be careful not to eat five bags at once.
