Kahiki Egg Rolls - If you CRAVE authentic Chinese egg rolls but can live
without the excessive calories and fat they typically bring with them, you
MUST check these out. They're super-low in calories and SUPER-DELICIOUS,
and they crisp up in your microwave FAST. There are three kinds -- Chicken,
Pork & Shrimp, and Vegetable. Each egg roll contains 70 - 100 calories, 2 -
5g fat, 10 - 11g carbs, 1g fiber, and 2 - 5g protein (POINTS® value 1 - 2*)
and comes with a 10-calorie sauce packet. Click here to find out where to
buy 'em. They'll be chillin' in the freezer aisle.
Chobani Nonfat Greek Yogurt, Fruit on the Bottom and Flavored - Greek
yogurt fans will LOVE this stuff. It's tart, creamy, and PROTEIN-PACKED (an
added bonus of Greek yogurt). It comes in Strawberry, Peach, Blueberry,
Vanilla, and Honey. Each 6-oz. container has 120 - 150 calories, 0g fat, 13 -
20g carbs, 0 - 1g fiber, and 14 - 16g protein (POINTS® value 2 - 3*). Look
for Chobani at Whole Foods and select markets, or click here to see where
it's stocked near you.
Karo Lite Syrup - Big news! It's the first reduced-calorie corn syrup by a
major brand. (FYI, the "light" in "light corn syrup" usually refers to the
COLOR, not the CALORIE COUNT.) With a new light-blue label (oooh,
pretty!), this stuff has 33% fewer calories than Karo's original syrup and has
zero grams of high-fructose corn syrup. A 2-tbsp. serving has 80 calories, 0g
fat, 20g carbs, 0g fiber, and 0g protein (POINTS® value 2*). Time to get
sticky in the kitchen. Woohoo!

Peanut Butter, Peanut Butter and MOOOOORE Peanut Butter!
Breaking peanut butter news...
Powder Power - Based on the tremendous feedback we've gotten on PB2, we
KNOW you looooove powdered peanut butter (so low in fat and calories!).
Many of you emailed in to see if there is a chunky version on the way. Well,
we found one! It's by FitNutz. Click for the scoop on that peanut-packed just-
add-water stuff. And if chocolate powdered PB sounds exciting to you, check
out the latest version of PB2. A 2-tbsp. serving of each of those products
serves up around 50 - 60 calories, 1.5 - 2.5g fat, 4 - 6g carbs, 1g fiber, and
4 - 5g protein (POINTS® value 1*). Powdered peanut butter = happiness.
New 90-Calorie Nutty Bars - If peanut butter cookies and crunchy snacks are
more your thing, do NOT miss the new PB-tastic "Less Than 100 Calories"
Nutty Bar PB Stix from our pal Little Debbie (so glad she has started to count
calories, that little one!) -- those PB bars (no chocolate) are made with whole-
wheat wafers and each have 90 calories, 5g fat, 9g carbs, <1g fiber, and 2g
protein (POINTS® value 2*).
Fiber Find - If you still need MORE peanut butter goodness, look for the new
Fiber One Fulfill Nutrition Bars in Chocolate Peanut Butter at a Wal-Mart near
you -- 170 calories, 7g fat, 27g carbs, 9g fiber, and 7g protein (POINTS®
value 3*) for one of those.
That's all the PB news we have for you today. OK, we are so LYING, because
there's more! We've got the FIRST-EVER 2-FOR-1 VITA SPECIAL happening
TOMORROW, and it's packed with Fudgy Peanut Butter Chip VitaTops. Each
pack has FORTY chocolate Vitas for a great price... AHHH! So sit tight, and
remember to check your HG email mañana!
Hey, we know it's not always easy to find fat-free cheese in blocks and/or
various flavors. Good news! Lifetime, makers of our very favorite no-fat
cheese hunks, are now selling their wonderful cheeses by mail order. Do
NOT miss the Jalapeño Jack. Mmmmmmm! ***Dance Your Ass Off, a new
show that'll air on Oxygen (think The Biggest Loser meets Dancing with the
Stars), is casting RIGHT NOW. Love to dance? Want to drop some poundage?
Click here to find out how you can audition. Fun, fun, fun!!! ***Wanna be a
YouTube star and maybe win some cash? Kraft is running an online cooking
video contest. Click here to find out the full scoop. Camera-shy and/or
boring individuals need not apply. ***Speaking of recipes and contests, the
California Walnut Board is running a holiday recipe contest. Have a healthy
idea for how to use walnuts? Send it on in and you could win a KitchenAid
mixer or maybe an apron or recyclable shopping bag. Okay, maybe not the
most exciting prizes, but that could mean you'll have a better chance of
winning! (We're "glass is half full" kinda people.) That's all we've got. HG out!
