But knowledge is power, and results of another study identify some of the most influential factors. During the 18-month study, students with higher soda consumption and those who spent more time in front of a screen (computer, TV, etc.) were more likely to be overweight or gain weight than others. On the flip side, those who frequently ate meals (as opposed to skipping them) and those who participated in team sports were more likely to have healthy weights. Need more help?
