HG's Hungry Grilled Nacho Wrap

The Grill Is Mine
DIY is the way to go with decadent fast-food temptations. Taco Bell's wrap is heavy enough to skip and simple enough to re-create. Check out our swap...

Ingredients:
1/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup frozen ground-beef-style soy crumbles (like the kind by Boca or MorningStar Farms)
1/8 tsp. cumin
1/8 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 La Tortilla Factory Smart & Delicious Low Carb High Fiber Large Tortilla
2 tsp. fat-free sour cream

1 slice fat-free cheddar cheese
3 baked tortilla chips, lightly crushed

Directions:
In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave onion for 45 seconds, or until slightly softened.

Blot away excess liquid. Add soy crumbles, sprinkle with spices, and stir. Microwave for 1 minute, or until crumbles are hot.

Microwave tortilla on a microwave-safe plate for 10 seconds, or until warm.

Spoon soy-crumble mixture across the center of the tortilla.

In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine sour cream with cheese, breaking the cheese slice into pieces. Microwave for 15 seconds, or until hot. Mix well, until mostly smooth, and immediately spoon over the soy-crumble mixture.

Top with crushed chips. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and tightly roll it up around the filling.

Bring a grill pan (or skillet) sprayed with nonstick spray to medium-high heat. Place wrap in the pan, seam side down. Grill until lightly browned, about 2 minutes per side. DIG IN!

'Cause This Is Griller, Griller Night...
It's close to midnight and something evil's lurking at the drive-thru... Sure, "Thriller" would have been less catchy if it had been written about a Taco Bell specialty, but we find this new wrap just as scary as dancing zombies. There ain't no second chance against the thing with 19 fat grams... That's a little more fat than we find acceptable in a not-so-impressively sized snack! (The Grillers are positioned as single-serve, on-the-go versions of classic appetizers.) Enter the HG swap. We started with one of our top tortilla picks, which has only 80 calories and LOADS of fiber. Seasoned soy crumbles, a low-cal cheese-sauce creation, and baked tortilla chips keep the fat count low and the flavor high. Don't worry... with this recipe around, any mere mortal can resist the evil of the Griller.
