We've since uncovered Strawberry, Raspberry, Caramel Macchiato, and Toasted Coconut varieties! A 1-oz. serving (about 24 - 28 nuts) has 160 calories, 12 - 14g fat, 25 - 35mg sodium, 7 - 9g carbs, 3g fiber, 3 - 6g sugars, and 5 - 6g protein (PointsPlus® value 4 - 5*). Ooh, we wanna mix 'n match for a tropical nut fix and a fruity java experience...

Featuring a ribbon of dark chocolate or sweet honey, each snack cup has 100 calories, 2g fat, 40 - 45mg sodium, 17 - 18g carbs, <1 - 1g fiber, 11g sugars, and 4g protein (PointsPlus® value 3*). Grab some the next time a sundae craving strikes!

Coffee-mate Natural Bliss All-Natural Coffee Creamer - If you like your diet-savvy products completely natural, lookie here... Sweet and light liquid creamers with no artificial ingredients! In Vanilla, Sweet Cream, Low Fat Vanilla, and Low Fat Chocolate, a 1-tbsp. serving has 20 - 35 calories, 1 - 1.5g fat, 5 - 10mg sodium, 3 - 5g carbs, 0g fiber, 3 - 5g sugars, and 0g protein (PointsPlus® value 1*). Nice! Just a friendly reminder: Always measure liquid creamer, because it's way too easy to over-pour...

Chick-fil-A's Salad Makeover, Plus a New Wrap!
Chick-fil-A is jumping on the better-for-you bandwagon by scrapping its old salad lineup for shiny new menu items that feature premium and wholesome ingredients. Here are our top picks and the need-to-know info...

Grilled Market Salad - Romaine lettuce and baby greens are piled high with grilled chicken breast, cabbage, carrots, blue cheese, apples, blueberries, and strawberries. All that for only 180 calories and 4g fat (PointsPlus® value 4*)! Heads up, though: These stats do NOT include the add-ins or dressing that are served with the salad. There's granola that has 60 calories and 3g fat, plus a nut blend with 80 calories and 8g fat. Not bad, especially considering you can control how much goes into your meal. But the Zesty Apple Cider Vinaigrette has a whopping 230 calories and 19g fat. We really hope the brand doesn't do away with its original dressing lineup. The Light Italian is a great pick, with 25 calories and 1g fat.

Grilled Chicken Cool Wrap - Cool indeed! Featuring a flaxseed flour flatbread, two types of cheese, a full cup of veggies, and (doy) grilled chicken, this clocks in at a respectable 330 calories and 12g fat, with a wildly impressive 15g fiber (PointsPlus® value 8*). But don't get sucked in by the suggested dressing pairing. That Avocado Lime Ranch has an alarming 310 calories and 32g fat!

The 411 on the Other Salads - The Cobb and Asian offerings are topped with sliced chicken nuggets (a little weird!), which contribute to the kinda high pre-dressing stats of 330 - 430 calories and 13 - 22g fat (PointsPlus® value 8 - 11*). Our question: Can we get these topped with grilled chicken nuggets instead? (Yup... The chain has grilled nuggets!)

We tried the Break It Down Berry, and it's totally yummy! For now, find these in NY grocery stores and at Walgreens locations in Southern California. Or just order online!

Snikiddy Eat Your Vegetables Chips - Like the name promises, these crispy snacks will definitely help people of all ages get veggies into their diets. (There's a full serving of vegetables in each ounce.) In fact, the chips taste so good, it may be hard to stop! In flavors like Sour Cream & Onion and Jalapeño Ranch, a 1-oz. serving (13 chips) has 130 calories, 7g fat, 3g fiber, and 3g protein (PointsPlus® value 4*). Click to find them, and look for the single-serving bags!

Yoplait Pro-Force Yogurt - This may sound like it's meant for bodybuilders (PRO-FORCE!), but it's actually kiddie-style yogurt with twice as much protein as ordinary kids' yogurt. In Mixed Berry Burst and Strawberry Blast, a 3.5-oz. container has 90 fat-free calories and 9g protein (PointsPlus® value 2*). Yum for the whole family! In supermarkets nationwide.

The Buzz…
We're not surprised to learn that when it gets warm outside, people eat lighter fare like salads and wraps. But did you know that the specific food choices vary by city? GrubHub, a restaurant-food ordering and delivery service, cross-referenced its order history with info from the National Climate Data Center and found the following warm-weather trends. In San Francisco, people are 50 percent more likely to order from restaurants with low-carb options. Boston folks are prone to seek low-fat-friendly eateries. Those in Los Angeles and NYC? They're 25 percent more likely to go gluten-free. Very interesting... ***Speaking of trends, we hope this next story is the start of one. Size Matters, a new pop-up restaurant in London, offers every one of its starters, main courses, side dishes, and desserts in three sizes: small, medium, and large. We love that this concept gives customers the power to control their portion sizes, which can ultimately help them control calorie intake. Right on, restaurant peeps! ***Check out this new EDIBLE alternative to disposable spoons.
