Burger King BBQ Chicken Salad - Yum! When ordered topped with Tendergrill chicken (not the fried Tendercrisp!), this fresh new salad has 300 calories and 14g fat (PointsPlus® value 8*). These numbers DON'T include the honey mustard dressing, which would add 220 calories and 18g fat. Luckily, the salad already comes with BBQ sauce, so you could skip the dressing entirely and still have a stellar meal!

A full-sized salad with fat-free raspberry vinaigrette has 460 calories and 16g fat (PointsPlus® value 12*). The dressing accounts for 100 of those calories, but that's for TWO packets. Use just one packet if you want to slim down the stats!

The Buzz… 
We love starting The Buzz with good news... EVOL Foods are coming to Target! If you're new to the world of EVOL, we recommend the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl (260 calories, 3g fat, PointsPlus® value 6*).
