PB-rific Stuffed Strawberries
Entire recipe: 193 calories, 7g fat, 314mg sodium, 26.5g carbs, 3g fiber, 11g sugars, 6.5g protein -- PointsPlus® value 5*

Creamy PB flavor packed into big juicy strawberries... YUMMMM!

Ingredients:
1/2 tbsp. Jell-O Sugar Free Fat Free Vanilla Instant pudding mix

1/2 tsp. granulated white sugar

1 tbsp. reduced-fat creamy peanut butter
1 tbsp. fat-free cream cheese
1/4 cup Cool Whip Free (thawed)

6 large strawberries



Directions: 

In a medium bowl, combine pudding mix, sugar, and 1 tbsp. cold water. Stir vigorously until smooth and slightly thickened. Add peanut butter, cream cheese, and Cool Whip, and stir vigorously until smooth and uniform.

Slice the stem ends off the strawberries, about 1/2 inch, revealing an opening in each berry. Use a narrow spoon to remove about half of the flesh inside each berry, allowing room for filling.

Spoon pudding mixture into a bottom corner of a plastic bag; snip off the tip of that corner to create a small hole, and pipe the mixture through the hole into the strawberries.

Serve and enjoy!

Cherry Pie in a Mug
Entire recipe: 206 calories, 0.5g fat, 180mg sodium, 48g carbs, 5g fiber, 33.5g sugars, 1.5g protein -- PointsPlus® value 5*

Shocker alert: Those infamous single-serve cherry pies sold at convenience stores can have around 500 calories and 20g fat! Our perfectly portioned microwaveable dessert, on the other hand, is shockingly guilt-free!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups frozen unsweetened pitted dark sweet cherries, thawed (not drained)
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. granulated white sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Dash salt
1 low-fat honey graham cracker (1/4 sheet), roughly crushed
2 tbsp. Fat Free Reddi-wip

Directions:
Place thawed cherries in a large microwave-safe mug sprayed with nonstick spray. Add cornstarch, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir to coat.

Microwave for 4 minutes, or until thickened.

Let slightly cool, about 10 minutes.

Sprinkle with crushed graham cracker, and top with Reddi-wip!

MAKES 1 SERVING
