Savory Cranberry & Cheese Bites
1/5th of recipe (3 bites): 116 calories, 6.5g fat, 120mg sodium, 10.5g carbs, 0.5g fiber, 3.5g sugars, 5.5g protein -- PointsPlus® value 3*

Once again, mini fillo shells save the day! Serious deliciousness meets serious cuteness...







Ingredients:
15 frozen mini fillo shells (like the kind by Athens)
3 pieces Mini Babybel Light cheese, chopped
3 tbsp. sweetened dried cranberries, chopped
3 tbsp. chopped pecans
Spices: cinnamon

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place shells on a baking sheet. Evenly distribute chopped cheese.

Bake until shells are lightly browned and cheese has melted, about 8 minutes.

Evenly distribute chopped cranberries and pecans among the cheesy shells. Sprinkle with 1/8 tsp. cinnamon, and enjoy!

Mini BLT Toasts
1/4th of recipe (4 pieces): 109 calories, 5g fat, 300mg sodium, 12g carbs, 3g fiber, 2.5g sugars, 6g protein -- PointsPlus® value 3*

So simple, and SO incredibly good! How did we not think of this sooner?

Ingredients:
4 slices light bread
4 slices center-cut bacon or turkey bacon
1 cup seeded and diced tomato
1 cup shredded lettuce
2 tbsp. light mayonnaise
Spices: garlic powder

Directions:
Lightly toast bread. Cut each slice into 4 squares, for a total of 16 squares.

Cook bacon until crispy, either in a large skillet over medium heat or on a microwave-safe plate in the microwave. (See package for cook time.)

Chop or crumble bacon, and place in a medium bowl. Add tomato and lettuce, and mix well. Add mayo and 1/8 tsp. garlic powder. Stir gently to coat.

Evenly distribute mixture among toast squares. Serve 'em up!
