Just in time for Valentine's Day, we're dishing up decadent desserts with slimmed-down stats! You'll fall madly in love with these chocolatey recipes...



Hungry Girl's Chocolate-Banana Bread Pudding
1/2 of recipe (1 mug): 239 calories, 4g fat, 350mg sodium, 46g carbs, 8.5g fiber, 18.5g sugars, 11g protein -- PointsPlus® value 6*

This dessert for two is one of our best bread puddings yet! Super simple, yet SO satisfying.

Prep: 10 minutes
Cook: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
4 slices light bread

1/2 cup mashed banana
1/4 cup light vanilla soymilk
1/4 cup fat-free liquid egg substitute (like Egg Beaters Original)
2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
Dash salt
1 tbsp. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup sliced banana
Optional topping: Fat Free Reddi-wip


Directions:
Lightly toast bread. Let cool slightly, and tear into bite-sized pieces.

In a medium-large bowl, combine mashed banana, soymilk, egg substitute, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix thoroughly. Add bread pieces and 1 tsp. chocolate chips, and gently stir to coat.

Spray 2 microwave-safe mugs with nonstick spray. Divide mixture between the mugs.

Place both mugs in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes, or until set.

Top mugs with sliced banana and remaining 2 tsp. mini chocolate chips (1 tsp. per mug).

Hungry Girl's Mexicali S'mores
Entire recipe: 257 calories, 7g fat, 375mg sodium, 50.5g carbs, 7g fiber, 19g sugars, 6.5g protein -- PointsPlus® value 7*

We were inspired by El Pollo Loco's limited-time-only Mexican S'mores. Luckily, our amazingly delicious, guilt-free swap is here to stay!

Prep: 5 minutes
Cook: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
1 medium-large high-fiber flour tortilla with 110 calories or less (like the kinds by La Tortilla Factory)
2 low-fat honey graham crackers (1/2 sheet), broken into pieces
1/4 cup mini marshmallows
1 tbsp. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. cocoa powder
Dash cinnamon
Optional topping: cayenne pepper

Directions:
Microwave tortilla on a microwave-safe plate for 15 seconds, or until warm.

Place graham cracker pieces in the center of the tortilla, leaving a 2-inch border. Evenly top with marshmallows and chocolate chips.

FOLDING INSTRUCTIONS (Trust us, it's easy!): Starting at the bottom of the tortilla, fold the edge up a few inches to the tortilla's center. Then, going around the edge of the tortilla, repeatedly fold, overlapping sections to meet in the center for a total of about six folds, until filling is completely enclosed.

Bring a skillet sprayed with nonstick spray to medium heat, and carefully place the folded tortilla in the center, folded side down. Cook until lightly browned, about 2 minutes per side.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and cinnamon. Enjoy!
