Snyder's Pretzel Spoonz - If you've spent years trying to scoop up dips with pretzels, getting frustrated with how much just falls off, GREAT NEWS. Snyder's has come up with spoon-shaped pretzels. Brilliant! Each 30g-serving (about 15 pretzels) has 120 calories, 1.5g fat, 320mg sodium, 24g carbs, <1g fiber, 0g sugars, and 3g protein (PointsPlus® value 3*). Silk Protein+Fiber Almondmilk - Makers of milk substitutes seem to be on an eternal quest to create the nondairy milk with EVERYTHING. The latest development? In Original and Vanilla, each cup has 90 - 100 calories, 2.5g fat, 150 - 160mg sodium, 10 - 13g carbs, 5g fiber, 9 - 12g sugars, and 5g protein (PointsPlus® value 2*). Also new? Burn Calories Like a Winter Olympian!
Got Olympic fever? Allow your enthusiasm for the games to translate into a little extra physical activity. We love this infographic drawn from Compendium of Physical Activities data on which winter events burn the most calories. But since we're not exactly performing at the same level as those competing in Sochi, we've scaled 'em down a bit. Check out some of the top calorie burners, along with the details for an average 160-lb. person...

1/2 hour of sledding: 255 calories

1/2 hour of ice skating: 255 calories

1/2 hour of moderate downhill skiing: 220 calories

Click here to calculate the calorie burn for tons of different activities, from snow shoveling (as much as the skiing!) to watching the Olympics from your couch (sorry, not so much). And to eat smart like an Olympian, check out this HG post over in the GreatIdeas section of People.com!

Breakfast Finds in the Freezer Aisle!
Amy's Meatless Veggie Sausage - These new meatless sausages from Amy's are delicious (though they have a stuffing-like texture as opposed to a meaty one!). Eat 4 links for just 110 calories and 3g fat (PointsPlus® value 3*). Check natural-foods stores and regular supermarkets for 'em.

New Lean Cuisine Morning Collection - LC has officially hit us with a ton of stellar b-fast options! Try to contain your excitement as you scope out the English-muffin sandwiches (Canadian Bacon, Veggie Egg White, and Turkey Sausage) and oatmeals (Wild Blueberry & Pomegranate; Apple, Cinnamon & Almond; and Cranberry, Pistachio & Orange Zest). Each sandwich has 180 - 220 calories and 2.5 - 5g fat (PointsPlus® value 5 - 6*); the oatmeals each have 160 - 220 calories and 3.5 - 6g fat (PointsPlus® value 4 - 6*). Find 'em at stores like Target, Walmart, Kroger, Publix, and Meijer.

Jimmy Dean Delights Harvest Blend Breakfast Bowl - The folks at Jimmy Dean are stepping outside the box! (Or should we say "bowl"?) The latest variety in the Delights line features dried apples, dried cranberries, and chicken apple sausage mixed with the usual potatoes, egg whites, and cheese. Each bowl has 290 calories and 11g fat (PointsPlus® value 8*). At select Target locations.

The Buzz…
If your pantry contains Healthy Choice Chicken with Rice Soup in a microwaveable bowl and you have wheat or egg allergies, check those labels! The soup isn't tainted... but it might be Chicken Noodle instead, which contains wheat and egg. Click for more info. ***Are you often frustrated by apparent weight gain after the weekend? Don't be. A new study found that subjects' weights tended to fluctuate in patterns, with higher numbers after the weekend, reaching the lowest point on Friday. This pattern was especially strong among those who lost weight during the test period, meaning that those Monday numbers aren't necessarily indicative of lasting weight gain. Good to know! ***K-cups and Keurig machines have been HOT for a while, and now they're going COLD! The new Keurig Cold machine, expected to roll out later this year, will allow consumers to make soda, sport drinks, and more. And unlike the similar SodaStream, there will be no CO2 cylinders to replace. We're intrigued... ***With the Olympics in full swing, wondering which country takes the gold (figuratively speaking) for healthy eating? According to a study by Oxfam, the Netherlands takes the top honor when it comes to ease of getting balanced, nutritious food. The US tied with Japan at 21st place. Sounds like we need to step it up! ***Lastly, celebrate Presidents' Day (a.k.a. today) with a delicious HG spin on a presidential favorite. If you love cherries like Washington, make our Cha-Cha-Cherry BBQ Chicken Pack! If you love grilled cheese like FDR, make Spinach & Artichoke Grilled Cheese! And that's all we've got. HG out!
