Cape Cod Naturally Simple Popcorn - Cape Cod's reduced-fat potato chips are amazing, so it's no surprise that the brand's popcorn rocks too. This lineup features the recently re-launched White Cheddar, plus new (and amazing!) Sea Salt and Kettle Corn varieties. New Varieties: Bolthouse Farms Yogurt Dressings - Our favorite creamy dressing comes in two super-fun new flavors: Mango Chipotle and Cilantro Avocado. YUM! We cannot wait to get these on our greens. A 2-tbsp. serving has just 40 calories, 1.5 - 3.5g fat, 210mg sodium, 1 - 6g carbs, 0g fiber, 1 - 5g sugars, and 1g protein (PointsPlus® value 1*). Find 'em in supermarkets nationwide, with the refrigerated dressings.
Limited Time Only: Fiber One 90 Calorie Caramel Sea Salt Soft Baked Bars - Pairing sweet caramel with sea salt is a trend we hope never goes away, but these baked treats won't be around forever. So bite into one ASAP for just 90 calories, 2.5g fat, 115mg sodium, 18g carbs, 5g fiber, 9g sugars, and <1g protein (PointsPlus® value 2*). They're only at Target locations, so head for that big red bull's-eye STAT.

Breakout Product: Chloe's Soft Serve Fruit Pops
When it comes to frozen treats, this line may be the next big thing. Chloe's Soft Serve Fruit Pops are made from just three ingredients: fruit, water, and a bit of sugar. That means they're fat-free, dairy-free, and gluten-free. And they are SO good -- the intense flavor and creamy texture are INCREDIBLE, thanks to a special soft-serve process. In Banana, Blood Orange, Blueberry, Dark Chocolate, Mango (HG Lisa's favorite), Raspberry, Strawberry, and Tangerine, each one has 60 calories, 0 - 0.5g fat, 0mg sodium, 15 - 16g carbs, 0 - 1g fiber, 13 - 15g sugars, and 0 - 1g protein (PointsPlus® value 2*). So where can you find them? They're mainly available on the East Coast, in Chicago, and in Texas; they're expected to make their way to California later this year! Look for them in retail stores as well as yogurt shops, cafeterias, zoos, and universities. If you don't see them, REQUEST 'EM! Is it summer yet?
If you often stand in the produce section, wondering which veggies give you the most nutritious bang for your buck, this chart might be of help to you. Food Day rated 73 vegetables based on nutritional content, and can you guess what landed at the top? Kale! Most of the top picks are leafy greens, but canned pumpkin also scored well. Pass the crispy Baked Kale and pumpkin-licious goodies... ***Guilt-free meals appear to be the hot menu items these days. (FINALLY. We knew our day would come.) A recent survey of 48 chain restaurants found that more than half of them plan to add more low-calorie, light, and gluten-free options in the next year. We'll be the first to report when these newbies roll out! ***Scientists in China may have found an alternative to the old "hey, does this smell bad to you?" method of determining whether food is still fresh. The smart tags they created are made to stick to food containers and change color when the food has gone bad. We're all for this new development. ***It's not news that oats are good for you, but WHY they're good for you has just been further explained. Turns out it's not just the fiber that makes them heart healthy -- a compound called avenanthramide, found only in oats, may pack benefits like anti-cancer properties. WOW. Time for a growing oatmeal bowl... ***And you may have heard about the ongoing drought in California, but the effects may soon hit other parts of the country. The low water levels in the Golden State mean shortages of foods grown there, like almonds and avocados. So enjoy your nuts and guac before the prices rise. And that's all we've got. HG out!
