To celebrate Better Breakfast Month and All-American Breakfast Month, we've got some way-healthy new recipes for you with only 5 ingredients each! (Basic seasonings and ice don't count.) Already had breakfast this morning? Don't worry -- tomorrow's another day...

Overnight Oatmeal Parfait
Entire recipe: 322 calories, 4.5g fat, 144mg sodium, 51.5g carbs, 6.5g fiber, 19g sugars, 20.5g protein -- PointsPlus® value 8*

The beauty of this recipe? Time does 95 percent of the work for you -- just layer it up in the a.m.!

Prep: 5 minutes
Chill: 8 hours

1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 no-calorie sweetener packet (like Splenda or Truvia)
One 5.3-oz. container (about 1/2 cup) fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt
2/3 cup sliced strawberries
Seasoning: cinnamon

In a medium bowl, combine oats, almond milk, sweetener, and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, until oats are soft and have absorbed most of the liquid.

Stir oatmeal. In a tall glass, layer half of each ingredient: oatmeal, yogurt, and strawberries.

Repeat layering with remaining oatmeal, yogurt, and strawberries. Enjoy!


Peaches & Greens Smoothie

Prep: 5 minutes

1 cup spinach leaves
1 cup frozen peach slices, slightly thawed
1/2 cup sliced banana
1/2 cup light vanilla soymilk
One 5.3-oz. container (about 1/2 cup) fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 cup crushed ice or 3 - 4 ice cubes

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend at high speed until smooth. Enjoy!
