Huge news... Pizza Hut is giving its menu a mega makeover, including Skinny Slices in five fantastic flavors! Launching this Wednesday nationwide, each Skinny Slice will have 250 calories or less. You can even create your own for under 300 a slice. So cool! ***Are all calories created equal? Maybe not. According to a new study, subjects on a regular or high-protein diet stored 45 percent of excess calories consumed as lean tissue or muscle. For those on a low-protein diet, 95 percent of the excess calories were stored as fat. Pass the turkey slices... ***Speaking of protein, here's a protein-rich product worth ordering online: Pumped Up Protein Pancake Mix.
