<br>HG's Garlic-Parm Boneless Wings
<br>
<br>King of the Wings  
<br>These chicken wings are so decadent and delicious that your head just might explode after you try 'em... Consider yourself warned!
<br>
<br>Prep: 15 minutes
<br>Cook: 20 minutes
<br>
<br>Ingredients: 
<br>2 tbsp. whole-wheat flour 
<br>Dash each salt and black pepper 
<br>4 oz. raw boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 8 nuggets 
<br>2 tbsp. egg whites or fat-free liquid egg substitute (like Egg Beaters Original) 
<br>1 wedge The Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss cheese 
<br>1 tbsp. light whipped butter or light buttery spread (like Brummel & Brown) 
<br>1/4 tsp. garlic powder 
<br>1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese 
<br>Optional: red pepper flakes 
<br>
<br>Directions: 
<br>Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray. 
<br>
<br>In a wide bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper. If you like, add red pepper flakes. 
<br>
<br>Place chicken nuggets in another wide bowl. Top with egg whites/substitute, and toss to coat. 
<br>
<br>One at a time, shake nuggets to remove excess egg, and coat with seasoned flour. Evenly lay on the baking sheet. 
<br>
<br>Bake for 8 minutes. Flip chicken. Bake until cooked through, about 8 more minutes. Transfer to a large bowl. 
<br>
<br>In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine cheese wedge, butter, and garlic powder. Add 2 tsp. water, and microwave for 30 seconds, or until cheese and butter have melted. Whisk until smooth and uniform.
<br>
<br>Drizzle mixture over chicken, and toss to coat. Add Parmesan, and toss to coat again. 
<br>
<br>MAKES 1 SERVING

<br>We confess -- we're suckers for anything coated in garlic and Parmesan. French fries? For sure. Breadsticks? Bring 'em on. So when we walk into a wing place and there's a Parmesan-garlic sauced option, we basically need to muster every ounce of willpower we have to NOT order them. Why? Because that sauce is generally one of the most fattening options you can choose to put on your chicken wings. Sad, but true. We realized it was high time we took on this creamy combo and dressed our baked boneless wings in an HG-ified version.
