Spotted on Shelves...
Starbucks Doubleshot Coffee & Protein - Wowzers -- these sweet 'n creamy coffee drinks have about as much protein as Greek yogurt! In Vanilla Bean, Dark Chocolate, and regular Coffee, each 8-oz. can has 200 - 210 calories, 2.5g fat, 115 - 120mg sodium, 33 - 34g carbs, 2g fiber, 20 - 21g sugars, and 20g protein (PointsPlus® value 6*). Pompeian Cooking Sprays - Joining that Grapeseed Oil spray we like so much are... Avocado Oil, OlivExtra Original (extra-virgin olive oil and canola oil), and Coconut Oil. Hooray! These nonstick sprays are free of propellants, CFCs, and other additives. A 1/4-second spray has 0 calories and 0 grams of fat, but (like all spray oils) those numbers are rounded down. This stuff is essentially pure oil, after all. A more realistic 1-second spritz has 15 calories and 1.5g fat (PointsPlus® value 0*). Still fantastic! Find them at Publix, ShopRite, Giant, Bi-Lo, Winn-Dixie, and other grocery stores.

Lightlife Smart Patties - Our buddies at Lightlife have got it going on when it comes to must-try meatless eats. The latest product on our radar?
