Dessert. It's something we all need in our lives... but we don't need the excess calories (or kitchen hassle) that can come with it. Well, each of these fruity treats requires just three simple ingredients (we call 'em Hungry Girl Trios) and has less than 200 calories per serving. Sweet deal, huh?


Chocolate Banana Nachos
Entire recipe: 191 calories, 4g fat, 13mg sodium, 37.5g carbs, 4g fiber, 12.5g sugars, 3g protein -- PointsPlus® value 5*

Why should savory foods have all the fun? These dessert nachos will rock your socks...

Prep: 5 minutes
Cook: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
Two 6-inch corn tortillas
2 tsp. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup very thinly sliced banana (about 1/2 medium banana)
Seasonings: cinnamon

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.

Cut tortillas in half. Cut each half into 3 triangles, for a total of 12 triangles. Place tortilla triangles close together on the baking sheet. Lightly spritz with nonstick spray, and sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon.

Bake for 5 minutes.

Carefully flip triangles and bake until lightly browned and crispy, 3 - 5 minutes. Remove sheet, but leave oven on.

Rearrange triangles on the center of the sheet so that they touch and slightly overlap, like a pile of nachos. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.

Bake until chips have softened, about 2 minutes.

Top with banana.

Chocolate & PB Stuffed Strawberries
Entire recipe: 148 calories, 4.5g fat, 187mg sodium, 21.5g carbs, 5.5g fiber, 11.5g sugars, 10.5g protein -- PointsPlus® value 4*

Looking for more fun stuff to do with your powdered peanut butter? Guilt-free stuffed strawberries are always a good idea!

Prep: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
1/4 cup powdered peanut butter
6 large strawberries
1 tsp. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine powdered peanut butter with 2 tbsp. water. Mix until smooth, uniform, thick, and creamy. If needed, add water in 1-tsp. increments and mix again.

Slice the stem ends off the strawberries, about 1/2 inch below the stem, revealing an opening in each berry. Use a narrow spoon to remove about half of the flesh inside each berry, allowing room for filling.

Spoon peanut butter mixture into the bottom corner of a plastic bag, snip off the tip of that corner to create a small hole, and pipe mixture through the hole into the strawberries.

Lightly press chocolate chips into the filling.

Apple Pie Bites

Prep: 5 minutes
Cook: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
15 frozen mini fillo shells
1 1/4 cups Fuji apple (or another sweet apple) chopped into 1/2-inch pieces
1 1/2 tsp. brown sugar (not packed)
Seasonings: cinnamon

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place shells on a baking sheet, and bake until lightly browned and crispy, 3 - 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a medium-large microwave-safe bowl, top apple with brown sugar and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon. Stir to coat. Cover and microwave for 2 minutes, or until apple has softened.

Fill shells with apple mixture.

MAKES 5 SERVINGS
