Spuds get a bad rap, but when prepared right and eaten in moderation, they can be a deliciously satisfying addition to your diet. Time to celebrate some of our best-ever potato recipes!


Mashie-Topped Meatloaf Cupcakes

Does comfort food get cuter (or more efficient) than this? We doubt it. Lightened-up mashed potatoes over mini meatloaves are basically what we dream about at night.
