It's smoothie time! Rev up that blender for two amazing new recipes...

Peach Cobbler Smoothie
Entire recipe (about 14 oz.): 190 calories, 3.5g total fat (<0.5g sat fat), 199mg sodium, 32.5g carbs, 4.5g fiber, 17.5g sugars, 8.5g protein -- PointsPlus® value 5*

For those of us who like our smoothies on the dessert-y side, this is the perfect blend (no pun intended) of healthy and decadent...

Prep: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
1 cup frozen peach slices (no sugar added), slightly thawed
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/4 cup fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt
2 tbsp. old-fashioned oats
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
1 - 2 no-calorie sweetener packets (like Truvia)
1/2 cup crushed ice (about 4 ice cubes)
Optional: ground ginger

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend at high speed until smooth, stopping and stirring if needed.

MAKES 1 SERVING


Carrot Pineapple Smoothie
Entire recipe (about 16 oz.): 136 calories, 1.5g total fat (0g sat fat), 146mg sodium, 24g carbs, 2.5g fiber, 18.5g sugars, 6.5g protein -- PointsPlus® value 3*

Ingredients:
1/2 cup pineapple chunks packed in juice (not drained)
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/3 cup shredded carrot
1/4 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
1/8 tsp. cinnamon, or more to taste
1 no-calorie sweetener packet (like Truvia)
1 cup crushed ice (about 8 ice cubes)
Optional: ground ginger

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend at high speed until smooth, stopping and stirring if needed. If you like, stir in a dash of ginger.

MAKES 1 SERVING
