over-caloried frozen breakfasts, decide to get all HEALTHY on us? Have you
been diagnosed with high cholesterol? Is your mom laying a guilt trip on you?
We're not sure WHAT possessed you to create your lightened-up line of b-
fast sammies, but we are THRILLED you did. When we heard about 'em, we
were impressed. But then when we TASTED them, we almost passed out!
Your Canadian Bacon version is off-the-charts GOOD. It's got egg whites,
cheese, and canadian bacon (aka awesome ham) snuggled together on a
honey wheat english muffin -- all for just 230 calories and 6 grams of fat.
INCREDIBLE! And all you need to do is nuke these things for like a minute or
two and they're ready to run out the door with you. No crazy fat and calorie
counts, no insane drive-thru lines -- just a fast, guilt-free, delicious
breakfast. We're in LOVE!

Who thinks it's a good idea to start your day sucking down gazillions of
calories and fat grams? NOT US! So we're pretty much opposed to the whole
idea of fast-food breakfast sandwiches. Sure every now and then you can
find one that clocks in at around 300 calories (which isn't horrendous by any
means) -- but for the most part, those things pack in at least 450 calories
and over 20 grams of fat, thanks to all the gooey cheese, fatty meats, eggs
and crazy breads, croissants and biscuits they're made with. And yeah, if you
have the time, you can whip out your skillet and throw together a guilt-free
version. But for those AM occasions when you've got just seconds to spare,
