Who doesn't want a guilt-free milkshake that tastes like peanut butter? It's as desirable as a kitten that sings like Beyoncé. (Think about it.) But unlike that mythical fur-ball, we can actually make the tasty shake a reality, thanks to our latest slimmed-down recipe swap!
Prep: 5 minutes
2 tbsp. powdered peanut butter (click for the 411)
2/3 cup plus 1 tbsp. light vanilla soymilk
1/4 cup light vanilla ice cream
1/3 cup low-fat peanut butter flavored cereal (like Jif Peanut Butter Cereal)
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1 packet no-calorie sweetener (like Splenda or Truvia)
3/4 cup crushed ice or 4 - 6 ice cubes
2 tbsp. Fat Free Reddi-wip
1 maraschino cherry
Place powdered peanut butter in a small bowl. Add 1 tbsp. soymilk, and mix until smooth and uniform.
Transfer mixture to a blender. Add ice cream, cereal, vanilla extract, sweetener, and remaining 2/3 cup soymilk.
Add ice, and blend at high speed until smooth.
Pour into a tall glass, and top with Reddi-wip and cherry. Enjoy!
