Ingredients:
1 slice center-cut bacon or turkey bacon
1 wedge The Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss cheese
2 tsp. light sour cream
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 high-fiber pita 
3 tbsp. shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
2 oz. cooked and chopped skinless chicken breast
2 tbsp. chopped tomato

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.

Cook bacon until crispy, either in a skillet or in the microwave. (See package for cook time and temperature.)

In a small bowl, mix cheese wedge until smooth. Add sour cream, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning, and mix until uniform.

Lay pita on the baking sheet and evenly spread with cheese mixture, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, and top with chicken and tomato. Chop or crumble bacon, and layer over the tomato.

Bake until hot and lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
