1 packet hot cocoa mix with 20 - 25 calories
 (like Swiss Miss Diet or Nestlé Fat Free)
1 tbsp. fat-free nondairy powdered creamer 

1 no-calorie sweetener packet (like Splenda or Truvia) 

1 tsp. instant coffee granules 

1/2 cup light vanilla soymilk
2 tsp. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips 

1 1/2 cups crushed ice or 8 - 12 ice cubes 

1/4 cup Fat Free Reddi-wip 

1 tsp. light chocolate syrup
1 tsp. fat-free, low-fat, or light caramel dip

 (like the kinds by Marzetti)

In a tall glass, combine cocoa mix, powdered creamer, sweetener, and coffee granules. Add 1/4 cup very hot water, and stir until mostly dissolved.

Transfer mixture to a blender. Add soymilk, chocolate chips, and ice, and blend at high speed until smooth.

Enjoy topped with Reddi-wip, chocolate syrup, and caramel dip!
