Chocolatey peanut-butter smoothies are delicious but dangerous... They're like drinkable peanut-butter cups! We reformulated Jamba Juice's beloved version, and dare we say, ours is better. It's insanely decadent and packed with protein...

Prep: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/3 cup sliced and frozen banana 
2 tbsp. chocolate protein powder with about 100 calories per serving (like the kind by Quest Nutrition or Tera's Whey)
2 tbsp. powdered peanut butter
1 1/4 cup crushed ice or 6 - 10 ice cubes

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend at high speed until smooth, stopping and stirring if needed.

We'll give credit where credit is due -- Jamba Juice does have many smart smoothies. We especially appreciate the Make it Light varieties. But the Creamy Treats are troublemakers and always have been. Let's be real: If you're looking at the menu board, a smoothie made from peanut butter, fro yo, bananas, and chocolate is a lot more tempting than a blended beverage made with leafy greens. That's not to say you shouldn't indulge! Just don't do it at Jamba. Make our swap at home -- it's ridiculously easy and arguably more delectable. So you see, there's no reason to fight those intense cravings for PB-chocolate sippers. Pick your battles (and your frozen treats) wisely...
