Mango + Torani Sugar Free Coconut Syrup

(1 cup diced mango and 1 oz. syrup: 110 calories, <0.5g fat, 8mg sodium,

28g carbs, 3g fiber, 24g sugars, 1g protein = 2 Points)



Mangos are one of the most popular fruits in the world, but sadly, they're

under-appreciated here in the U.S. Let's change that NOW, shall we? Not only

are they sweet & delicious, but mangos are also HEALTHY (they're packed

with antioxidants and vitamin C). So take a cup of diced mango and drizzle

an ounce of Torani Sugar Free Coconut Syrup on it, and you'll have yourself

a low-cal tropical treat that'll make you feel like you're in Hawaii. BTW -- if

you're afraid of the fruit because of how difficult it is to handle, check out this

Dreyer's/Edy's Loaded Cookies 'N Cream + Smucker's Sugar Free

sodium, 27g carbs, 1g fiber, 12g sugars, 2g protein = 3 Points)



How can the guilt-free frozen treat known as Dreyer's/Edy's Loaded

Cookies 'N Cream get ANY better, you ask? E-Z... with a few spoonfuls of

new Sugar Free Strawberry Topping from Smucker's! The result is a creamy,

berry-licious cookie-fest that tastes like it's CRAMMED with calories and fat

(of course it isn't!). Weeeeee!







Grilled Chicken Breast + Trader Joe's Pineapple Salsa

(4 oz. grilled skinless & boneless lean chicken breast and 2 tbsp. salsa: 150

calories, 1.5g fat, 230mg sodium, 2g carbs, 0g fiber, 2g sugars, 32g protein

= 3 Points)



Who'da thought plain old grilled chicken breast would make it onto our hot

couples list? This summer, toss some chicken breast on the BBQ, and then

top it with the greatest fruity salsa known to man -- Trader Joe's Pineapple

Salsa. This Mexican-inspired condiment adds a sweet, tropical twist to almost

any meat (try it on shrimp, too -- yum!). FYI, if you don't have a TJ's near

you, you can sub Newman's Own Chunky Pineapple Salsa for it (just 5 more

cals per serving). That stuff's almost as good, but not quite (sorry, Paul!).







Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze + Frozen Banana

(3/4 cup Almond Breeze and 1 small banana: 120 calories, 2.5g fat, 136mg

sodium, 25g carbs, 3g fiber, 12g sugars, 2g protein = 2 Points)



Ready for a socks-rockin' summer b-fast smoothie? Blend up 3/4 of a cup of

Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze (HG's favorite flavored milk-swap) with

a small frozen banana, and you'll have a banana-rific treat! Feel free to add

Splenda and/or ice if you want to -- but it's not necessary.







Rome Apple + Diet Dr Pepper

(1 medium-sized apple and 4 oz. soda: 75 calories, <0.5g fat, 19mg sodium,

19g carbs, 3g fiber, 14g sugars, <0.5g protein = 1 Point)



Yep, it's a good old-fashioned baked apple, just like mom used to make.

Puncture a cored Rome apple several times with a fork, place it on a baking

pan lined with wax paper, pour a half-cup of Diet Dr Pepper over and inside

of it, and bake that beauty at 350 degrees for 45 minutes (or until apple is

soft). These things are incredible and they taste great hot or cold. Truth be

told, we typically like to make this couple into a foursome, by adding Splenda

and cinnamon before baking (think of it as a double date right in your

kitchen!).
