STAR SPANGLED SNO-CONES!
(1 recipe: 21 calories, 0g fat, 30mg sodium, 5g carbs, 1g fiber, 3.5g sugars,
0g protein = 0 Points!)

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups shaved ice
1 oz. Sugar Free Raspberry Torani Syrup
1 oz. Sugar Free Vanilla Torani Syrup
1/4 cup blueberries

Directions:
Drizzle each syrup over shaved ice. Top with blueberries. Enjoy!

PATRIOTIC POINTERS!

A BBQ refresher course...

* Avoid mayo-infused items. Cole slaw, potato salad & macaroni salad are all
crazy-high in fat & calories.

* Stick with poultry. Chicken & turkey are great, but stick with white meat
because dark meat can be just as fatty as beef.

* Skip the dip...and the dressing! Why not choose salsa as a topping for your
chips, veggies, salads and meats?



WHAT UP, DOG?

Ok, everyone knows that regular hot dogs are HORRIBLE for you! They're
fatty, high in calories and should be avoided at all costs. If you want to
indulge in a dog, go for either Ballpark's Smoked Turkey Franks, Hebrew
National 97% Fat Free Beef Franks or Morningstar Farms Corn Dogs. They're
all delicious, healthier alternatives to the real thing.
