Spotted on Shelves...

Fiber One Breads - We don't have full details just yet, but this brand-new line
of bread products is popping up on shelves in the Northeast. Bagels, breads
and english muffins have been spotted -- and a serving of each contains as
much as 56% of the daily value of fiber. Yowsa!

Pringles Baked Wheat Stix Packs - These part stick/part cracker treats, which
have just 90 calories and 3.5 - 4g of fat per pouch (POINTS® value 2*), are
a nice departure from Pringles' Stepford potato crisp line. Available in Pizza,
Crunchy Wheat, Honey Butter, and Vanilla (the Vanilla and Pizza ones rock
our socks off!). Yum!!!

The Skinny Cow Skinny Dippers - It may be cold out, but it's not too chilly to
enjoy these new frozen, chocolate-dipped, 80-calorie treats from our svelte
mooing pal. With only 3g fat (plus 2g fiber!) per pop, these each have a
POINTS® value of 1*. Flavors include Vanilla, Mint and Caramel -- and of
course, they're ALL dipped in chocolate!



100-Calorie Snacks -- Watch Your Backs!

Are 100-calorie snacks becoming passé? Are they SO last year? Well...
maybe not, but there are a SLEW of new portion-controlled products that are
popping up with fewer than 100 calories (see "Spotted on Shelves..." if you
don't believe us!). And why not -- if the competition for pre-portioned low-cal
treats is so fierce, dropping calorie counts a little isn't a bad way to go. Some
of our favorites include...

Quaker Chewy 90 Calorie Granola Bars - Each yummy bar contains a gram
of fiber and has just 1.5 - 2g fat (POINTS® value 2*). We especially love the

exercise-resistant human to change his or her lifestyle. This book is
motivational, accessible, and not getting the attention it deserves (just our
opinion).

Hey, sodium-counters. More good news for you... 48 of Campbell's soups are
getting salt-slashing makeovers! The new "Campbell's Select Harvest" line
and the kid-friendly soup lineup will feature reformulated favorites with
a "heart-healthy" 480mg of sodium or less. That means there'll soon be a
total of 85 Campbell's soups with a low or reduced sodium count... YEEEE-
HAAAAA!!! ***Just wanted to clear up all the Starbucks Frappuccino rumors.
We, too, have heard that The 'Bucks is ditching their Frap Light bases. Not
so. Starbucks is phasing out their CRÈME Frappuccino Light bases, but the
company's keeping its regular Frappuccino Light bases (for the blended
coffee drinks). A subtle difference, but a difference nonetheless. ***Listen
