<br><br>we've put together a little survival guide. Remember... hot dogs go on buns, 
<br><br>but they shouldn't go on yours!

<br><br>Hebrew National 97% Fat Free Beef Franks - How they made it happen, we'll 
<br><br>never know. Hebrew National did away with the excess fat & calories and left 
<br><br>the flavor. Only 45 calories, 1.5g fat, 3g carbs and a POINTS&reg; value of 1* 
<br><br>per dog. We are truly grateful. 
<br><br>
<br><br>Oscar Mayer 98% Fat Free Wieners - For those who aren't into so much beef, 
<br><br>this dog's for you! Turkey's not just for Thanksgiving anymore, and this slim 
<br><br>dog is mostly poultry. "Natural beef flavor" is a listed ingredient though. Each 
<br><br>link has less than a gram of fat, only 40 calories, and 3g carbs (POINTS&reg; 
<br><br>value 1*). Impressive!

<br><br>Ball Park Bun Size Smoked White Turkey Franks - Some of you out there 
<br><br>might be saying, "I want an all-turkey dog... no beef -- not even beef flavor -
<br><br>- allowed!" Chill out, friends! There's a wiener for you too. These fat-free 
<br><br>franks feature a scant 45 fat-free calories and 5g carbs each (POINTS&reg; 
<br><br>value 1*).

<br><br>Hoffy Extra Lean Beef Franks - Harder to find than the others, but SO, SO 
<br><br>worth it! These pups come in regular hot dog size and a super-ginormous 
<br><br>one dubbed the Extra Lean Quarter Pounder Big Dog (we LOVE, LOVE, LOVE 
<br><br>that one!). The regulars each have 45 calories, 2g fat, and 2g carbs 
<br><br>(POINTS&reg; value 1*). The Big Dog serves up 110 calories, 5g fat, and 6g 
<br><br>carbs (POINTS&reg; value 3*).

<br><br>dog 'n bun has 300 calories, 20g fat, and 21g carbs (POINTS&reg; value 7*). 
<br><br>Eeek!

<br><br>Ball Park Beef Franks (Original) - This is Ball Park's old standby. Each fatty 
<br><br>frank clocks in at 190 calories, 16g fat, and 4g carbs (POINTS&reg; value 5*)... 
<br><br>and that's without the bun. SCARY! 
<br><br>
<br><br>Wienerschnitzel Original Chili Cheese Dog - Oh, yikes! This is the most 
<br><br>popular item at the hot dog chain, and its stats are really depressing. The 
<br><br>thing has 340 calories, 17g fat, and 31g carbs (POINTS&reg; value 8*), and 
<br><br>you'd still be WAY hungry if you only downed one (they're not large, people). 
<br><br>But wait... it gets WAY more frightening. The Pastrami Dog at Wienerschnitzel 
<br><br>weighs in with 640 calories, 34g fat, and 57g carbs (POINTS&reg; value 15*).
