<br> LIGHT ICE CREAM ALERT! Find these new limited edition flavors ASAP. 
<br>There's S'mores (complete with a graham cracker swirl, marshmallows, and 
<br>chocolate chips!), Mud Pie (with fudgy sauce and chocolate cookies!), and 
<br>Nestle Drumstick Sundae Cone (it has fudge, chocolate-covered peanuts, 
<br>and cone pieces!). A half-cup serving of each has 120 - 140 calories, 4 - 5g 
<br>fat, 19 - 21g carbs, 0g fiber, and 3g protein (POINTS&reg; value 3*).

<br>Bumble Bee Prime Fillet Tonno in Olive Oil - Far be it from us to recommend 
<br>tuna packed in oil, but this stuff is INSANELY flavorful and delicious. A 
<br>drained 2-oz. serving (about 1/4 cup) has 110 calories, 5g fat, and 15g 
<br>protein (POINTS&reg; value 3*). It's so good it you can eat it straight from the 
<br>can. (Each can has about two servings, BTW.) Mmmmm!

<br>Bear Naked 100% Pure & Natural Cereal - Cereal fans, hear THIS. Bear 
<br>Naked, best known for its granola, is rolling out two DELICIOUS (we 
<br>tried 'em!) granola-sprinkled cold cereals this month -- Cranberry Raisin 
<br>(flakes with raisins, cranberries, pepitas, sunflower seeds, and apples) and 
<br>Banana Nut (flakes with banana chips, oat clusters, apples, and walnuts). A 
<br>3/4-cup serving of either has 110 calories, 2.5g fat, 22 - 23g carbs, 2 - 4g 
<br>fiber, and 1 - 3g protein (POINTS&reg; value 2*). Heads up -- they're packaged 
<br>in resealable bags, not boxes.

<br>Restaurant Nutritionals to Hit Menus Nationwide!?!
<br>
<br>Big news in the world of menu labeling, people. So far, only NYC and a 
<br>handful of other cities and states have adopted a law requiring restaurant 
<br>chains with at least 20 locations to post calorie counts on their menus. Now a 
<br>NATIONAL law is in the works... and there's a new and exciting twist. These 
<br>restaurants would also be required to provide additional stats -- like fat, 
<br>carbs, and fiber -- upon request. This latest proposal is a compromise 
<br>between the two previously competing legislations with similar goals, making 
<br>it much more likely to be passed. BTW, we appreciate the clever naming of 
<br>these two acts. One is the LEAN Act (short for Labeling Education and 
<br>Nutrition) and the other is the MEAL Act (Menu Education and Labeling).
