Time to get schooled in the ways of guilt-free pizza. Check out our must-

haves for making your own...





Arnold Select/Oroweat Sandwich Thins

When it comes to guilt-free pizza bottoms, English muffins have some serious

competition now. These Sandwich Thins (as well as the super-similar

Pepperidge Farm Deli Flats) are perfect for pizzas-for-one... 'cuz once you

split 'em in half, you get TWO crusts, with only 50 calories each! Just pop the

halves under the broiler to get them nice and crispy. P.S. An honorable

mention goes out to our other favorite broil-to-crisp "pizza crust": La Tortilla

Factory Smart & Delicious Low Carb High Fiber Large Tortillas (or your guilt-

free tortilla of choice).







Pillsbury Classic Pizza Crust Dough



PER SERVING (1/6th of the package): 160 calories, 2g fat, 470mg sodium,

31g carbs, 1g fiber, 4g sugars, 5g protein -- POINTS® value 3*

This refrigerated pizza crust dough in a can RULES. It is PERFECT for making

no-guilt pizza for a crowd. And even though it says it makes 6 servings, if

you roll it out a little thinner, you can easily get 8 sizable servings out of it.

(If you're wondering why we don't just use the Thin Crust version Pillsbury

makes, it's because it has twice as much fat as the Classic.) Try it out in our

Yup, the stuff that comes in a block. Don't give us that look, Lazy! It actually

melts BETTER than the pre-shredded stuff. (FYI, this cheese has no relation

Sargento Light String Cheese



PER SERVING (1 piece): 50 calories, 2.5g fat, 180mg sodium, 1g carbs, 0g

What's easier than pulling out the cheese grater? Ripping the cheese apart

with your bare hands. Sounds brutal, but it's just string cheese! Sargento's

version is great and WAY low in calories. PLUS it's pre-portioned and the

perfect amount for a personal-sized snack. Just tear it into shreds and

roughly chop. P.S. There are many other brands offering light string cheese

with similar stats.









Progresso Crushed Tomatoes



PER SERVING (1/4 cup): 20 calories, 0g fat, 95mg sodium, 4g carbs, 1g

Since we know SO many people out there are watching their sodium intake,

we're giving these canned crushed tomatoes a shout-out. This puree-like

stuff tastes way less "canny" than standard tomato sauce. Just doctor it up to

your liking (some garlic and Italian seasoning do the job nicely), and use it

instead of sauce for your next at-home pizza. You can also find some fun

flavored varieties out there, like fire-roasted, Italian-style, roasted garlic,

and sweet basil. Sweet indeed...









Hormel Turkey Pepperoni



PER SERVING (17 slices): 70 calories, 4g fat, 640mg sodium, 0g carbs, 0g

fiber, 0g sugars, 9g protein -- POINTS® value 2*

Check out that portion size, people... 17 slices! WHOA! There's no end to the

number of fun things you can do with this lean pepperoni, but putting it on

guilt-free pizza tops our list.











Morningstar Farms Meal Starters Grillers Recipe Crumbles



PER SERVING (2/3 cup): 80 calories, 2.5g fat, 230mg sodium, 5g carbs, 3g

fiber, <1g sugars, 10g protein -- POINTS® value 1*



We use these more than the Boca Meatless Ground Crumbles because

they're easier to find in our area, but the stats are practically the same and

we love 'em both. Load up your homemade pizza with a handful of these for

a meaty-tasting topper. And if you can get your pizza-loving paws on the

Sausage Style version, DO IT!









Extra, Extra!



These items are super-easy (and super-delicious) guilt-free add-ons. Keep

your favorites on hand: jarred roasted red peppers, jarred jalapenos,

canned mushrooms, reduced-fat Parmesan-style grated topping, canned

sliced black olives, etc. Or just get crazy with whatever's in your fridge or

pantry. And if you have the time to slice and dice, fresh veggies ROCK as

pizza toppings.
