Sara Lee 80 Calories & Delightful Hamburger and Hot Dog Buns, Wheat -
Hooray for Sara Lee! She has replaced our beloved, gone-but-not-forgotten
Wonder Light buns with her brand-new, 80-calorie bread items. Each one has
1g fat, 160mg sodium, 14 - 15g carbs, 6g fiber, 2g sugars, and 4g protein
(POINTS® value 1*). It's about time SOMEONE filled the void. (It's not rocket
science, people!)

Muir Glen Organic Seasoned, No Salt Added, and Fire Roasted Diced
Tomatoes - Canned tomatoes are great to have on hand -- you can do SO
much with them. And these are some of the best, freshest-tasting ones
around. The seasoned types are Garlic and Onion, Basil and Garlic, and
Italian Herbs. The Fire Roasted variety comes solo or with green chilies
(hello, fancy!). And the No Salt Added stuff will cut sodium in recipes that call
for the standard canned kind. A 1/2-cup serving has 30 calories, no fat, 15 -
420mg sodium, 6g carbs, 1g fiber, 3 - 4g sugars, and 1g protein (POINTS®
value 0*). Buy some and use them in EVERYTHING!

Healthy Choice Soup in Microwaveable Bowls, New Flavors - Nukeable soup
bowls are ideal for break-room lunches, especially if you're not into dragging
around a spare bowl and doing dishes on your hour off. HC has a few new
options: Hearty Vegetable Barley, Tomato Basil, and Traditional Lentil. A cup
of the stuff has 130 - 150 calories, 0.5 - 2g fat, 430 - 470mg sodium, 27 -
30g carbs, 3 - 5g fiber, 4 - 12g sugars, and 4 - 7g protein (POINTS® value
2*). BUT there's a little more than 1 1/2 cups in each bowl, so you're looking
at about 205 - 235 calories and 0.75 - 3g fat (POINTS® value 3 - 4*) for the
whole thing. Still worth it, but good to know!

Subway Goes Guilt-Free for Breakfast!

GOOD FOOD NEWS! Our pals at Subway are giving us all NEW low-cal
BREAKFAST options: Egg White Muffin Melts! These new b-fast sandwiches
are launching all over the U.S. on (or before) April 5th. Here's the scoop:
Keep it classic with the Western, or dress up your egg whites and cheese
with Black Forest Ham, Double Bacon, or Steak. Plus, like all Subway's stuff,
you can customize it with your favorite veggies and sauces. (Jalapeños and
honey mustard, anyone?) It comes sandwiched into a (!!!) light whole-wheat
English muffin. It's basically the stuff our HG dreams are made of. Each Egg
White Muffin Melt has 160 - 190 calories, 4 - 7g fat, 570 - 620mg sodium, 18 -
19g carbs, 5g fiber, 0 - 1g sugars, and 15 - 16g protein (POINTS® value 3 -
4*). And if egg whites alone don't do it for you, get the with-yolk version for
an extra 20 - 30 calories and 2.5 - 3g fat. (Must be a small yolk.) Not bad!

Australia accidentally created a "pleach." The fruit appears to be a peach
from the outside, but the inside looks a lot like that of a red plum. Watch

the UK suggests that the fiber in some seaweed could decrease how much fat
your body absorbs... by up to 75 percent! WHOA. If you're feeling
adventurous, try chewing on kelp noodles. If not, just wait for food
companies to start infusing baked goods with the fat-fighting fiber. ***Do
you like fruit and veggies but find that your on-the-go lifestyle makes toting
