The conundrum: You're craving a birthday-cake-style treat, but it's not your birthday, and you're snacking solo. The solution: this easy recipe!

1 Vitalicious Deep Chocolate VitaTop, partially thawed
3 tbsp. Cool Whip Free (thawed)
1 tsp. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. rainbow sprinkles

Carefully slice VitaTop in half lengthwise (like you would a hamburger bun), so that you are left with 2 thin round "slices."

In a small bowl, fold chocolate chips into Cool Whip.

Spoon and spread Cool Whip mixture onto the bottom Vita slice. Top with the other slice to form a sandwich.

Gently press sprinkles into the exposed Cool Whip mixture on the sides of the sandwich.

Place on a plate and freeze until filling is firm, about 1 hour.
