3 tbsp. fat-free cream cheese
1 tbsp. Jell-O Sugar Free Fat Free Vanilla Instant pudding mix
1 no-calorie sweetener packet (like Splenda or Truvia)
1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup Cool Whip Free (thawed)
1 1/2 cups pineapple chunks packed in juice, drained and blotted dry
1 1/2 cups chopped mango
1 1/2 cups peach slices packed in juice, drained, blotted dry, and roughly chopped
2 tbsp. shredded sweetened coconut
1/2 cup Fat Free Reddi-wip
In a medium bowl, stir cream cheese until smooth. In a large bowl, combine pudding mix, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Add 1 1/2 tbsp. cold water, and vigorously stir until mostly smooth and slightly thickened. Add Cool Whip and cream cheese, and stir until uniform.
Add all remaining ingredients except coconut and Reddi-wip to the large bowl. Toss to coat.
Evenly top each serving with coconut and Reddi-wip. Enjoy!
