Ingredients:
1 oz. (about 2 tbsp.) mashed avocado
1 1/2 tsp. finely chopped red onion
1 1/2 tsp. finely chopped cilantro
Dash each salt, garlic powder, chili powder, and cumin
1 hot dog with about 40 calories and 1g fat or less
1 standard-sized hot dog bun (about 130 calories)
1 tbsp. light sour cream
Optional topping: pico de gallo or fresh salsa

Directions:
In a small bowl, mix avocado, onion, cilantro, and seasonings.

Microwave hot dog on a microwave-safe plate for 30 seconds, or until hot.

Split open bun and, if you like, lightly toast. Place hot dog in the center, and top with avocado mixture and sour cream. Enjoy!
