We love our Holy Moly Cannoli Cones, but this simplified recipe for one is our new obsession. (The calorie count is slightly higher, but it's totally worth it!)
Prep: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1/4 cup light/low-fat ricotta cheese
1 no-calorie sweetener packet (like Truvia or Splenda)
1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 sugar cone
Directions:
In a bowl, mix ricotta, sweetener, and vanilla extract until uniform. Stir in 1 tsp. chocolate chips.
Spoon ricotta mixture into cone and top with remaining 1/2 tsp. chocolate chips. Enjoy!
