Break out the blender! This coffee-cocoa drink with a cookie is enough to keep you happy for the entire day (or at least the part when you're consuming it)...

Ingredients:
1 tbsp. fat-free nondairy powdered creamer
2 tsp. instant coffee granules

2 no-calorie sweetener packets (like Splenda or Truvia)
1 1/4 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 cup light vanilla soymilk
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups crushed ice or 8 - 12 ice cubes
2 tbsp. Fat Free Reddi-wip
1 ladyfinger (found in the produce or bakery section)
Directions:
In a tall glass, combine creamer, coffee granules, sweetener, and 1 tsp. cocoa powder. Add 2 tbsp. hot water, and stir to dissolve.
Transfer mixture to a blender. Add soymilk, vanilla extract, and 2 tbsp. cold water. Add ice, and blend at high speed until smooth.
Pour, top with Reddi-wip, and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 tsp. cocoa powder. Serve with ladyfinger, and enjoy!
