This is like the chilled-out cousin of a chicken burrito -- yum!

Prep: 10 minutes
Cook: 5 minutes or less

Ingredients:
2 tbsp. salsa or pico de gallo with 90mg sodium or less per 2-tbsp. serving
2 tbsp. fat-free plain Greek yogurt
1/8 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. ground cumin
Dash garlic powder
3 oz. cooked and finely chopped skinless chicken breast
2 tbsp. chopped celery
1 medium-large high-fiber tortilla with 110 calories or less (like the kinds by La Tortilla Factory)
1/4 cup shredded lettuce
1 oz. sliced avocado (about 1/4th of an avocado)
1/4 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed

Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine salsa or pico de gallo, yogurt, and seasonings. Mix well. Add chicken and celery, and stir to coat.

Microwave tortilla on a microwave-safe plate for 10 seconds, or until warm.

Lay lettuce across the middle of the tortilla. Top with avocado, chicken mixture, and black beans.  

Wrap tortilla up by first folding in one side (to keep filling from escaping) and then tightly rolling it up from the bottom. (Or fold in both sides, burrito style.) Yum!
