Ingredients:
1 1/2 tbsp. light vanilla soymilk
1 tbsp. powdered peanut butter (click for the 411)
2 tsp. reduced-fat creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup fat-free chocolate ice cream
1/4 cup low-fat peanut-butter-flavored cereal (like Jif Peanut Butter Cereal)
Directions:
In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine soymilk with powdered peanut butter. Stir to combine. Add reduced-fat peanut butter, and stir until uniform. Microwave for 15 seconds, and stir until smooth and uniform.
Scoop ice cream into bowl, and top with peanut butter sauce and cereal. Dig in!
