Ingredients:
1 high-fiber pita
1/3 cup low-fat turkey or veggie chili
1/4 cup shredded reduced-fat Mexican-blend cheese
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. plain fat-free Greek yogurt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
Lay pita on the baking sheet and evenly spread with chili, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake until hot and lightly browned,
about 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped onion. Cut into 4 slices, and top each slice with yogurt. Yum!
