1 tsp. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 full-sized chocolate-flavored rice cakes (like Quaker Chocolate Crunch)
In a small bowl, stir chocolate chips into slightly softened ice cream. Spoon and spread mixture onto 1 rice cake.
