Another glorious quickie recipe for one... Coffee lovers, this treat's for you!
Ingredients:
1/2 pack Nabisco 100 Cal Oreo Thin Crisps, crushed (or HG Alternative)
1/2 tsp. light whipped butter or light buttery spread (like Brummel & Brown)
1 tsp. brown sugar (not packed)
Dash salt
1 sugar-free chocolate pudding snack with 60 calories or less (like the kind by Jell-O)
1/2 tsp. instant coffee granules
1/2 cup Cool Whip Free (thawed)
1/2 tsp. chocolate sprinkles
Directions:
In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine crushed Oreo Thin Crisps, butter, brown sugar, and salt. Mash and stir until well mixed and crumbly. Microwave for 25 seconds, or until firm.
In a medium bowl, stir coffee granules into pudding until thoroughly mixed. Fold in 1/4 cup Cool Whip until uniform.
Stir Oreo mixture, breaking it into pieces, and sprinkle over the pudding mixture.
Top with remaining 1/4 cup Cool Whip, followed by sprinkles. Enjoy!
